Gateway; Stand
REVIEW: ***** (5) knocks

Gateway College of Evangelism’s latest album, Stand, starts off with the declaration "Power in the Name" with powerful vocals and well-crafted music. This song by Gateway's own James Simms breaks in the album perfectly. The title track, "Stand," was also written by a Gateway student, Rob Green. Lyrics such as, "Stand up, hold your head up, keep your head to the sky," connect with people going through struggles and situations in their lives. Many of these student-written songs are testimonies to the victories in their own lives and are about the adversities they have faced and overcome.

The Tye Tribbett cover song, "I Want It All Back," is skillfully done, and during the live recording there was a move of God that had the entire audience worshiping and taking back what was taken from them. The experience was incredible! Check out this album; it's a must have for your music collection!
